I have an email address i use specifically for stuff like this, shopping, utility companies etc, so my proper email address doesn't get spammed. Keeps things nice and organised without having to tidy up my inbox manually.

I ordered the Twinings and can't remember it arriving.  You know how it is you start doubting yourself, did it arrive and I have forgotten!!! 

Love my tea though and am almost certain it hasn't arrived.  Backed up by the fact that I have not received any annoying emails from them either.  Wonder if our Postman needed a tea break on his delivery rounds!
