Aquadulce should be able to go in the ground now (under fleece) but I should think others would need to go in pots in the green house for now.

they are  bunyards exihbition, ( wilko's  finest) and it would be on a south facing window cill.

It depends to some degree on the temperature of the soil, whether you have mice about and also how many you'r going to plant. I would recommend sowing them  in 3" or 4" pots and keep them in doors until they germinate then harden them off before planting out. Once they germinate they need to be kept in a well lit position. Don't keep them in pots too long as they soon become root bound and difficult to get out without breaking the roots.
