Having a "dry" Christmas day (but will make up for it Boxing day - trust me )
has anyone mulled apple juice as I'd like to serve something hot when people arrive - and they won't drink tea or coffee - only fruit teas

I watched Nigella do a recipe for mulled cider.  I bet you could easily replace the cider with apple juice and leave out the rum
