hi all this is probably a really stupid question!!! have just seen on the moles site somewhere in technical information about growing in rockwool does anyone know how you do this?

I suspect it would require some sort of hydroponic system. Not something for anyone to attempt unless they were prepared to either spend a lot of money or a lot of time. There are also potential health hazards to be aware of such as the need to wear gloves when handling it and the possibility of the dust irritating your lungs.
