Edited to fix link (dropbox doesn't exactly make it easy, and I've forgotten how to embed the image rather than link to it without looking it up again!)

Look like aphids to me.

Agree with Mum - aphids come in all colours (well, they don't actually but they certainly do reddish-pink!)

Thanks for that, their all over my chillis in the poly.
I tried  spraying rhubarb leaf juice, all that did was make me sick :wacko:

A weak washing up liquid and water solution usually does the trick, try to spray when the sun isn't on the plants - and repeat as required.
