My favourite meal is home-made steak & ale pie, roast tatties, roast parsnips, cabbage & gravy, followed by apple crumble & ice-cream (if I've got room!) Mmmmm, tasty!

Yours sounds pretty good to me, just the kind of thing we love here in O'Brien Towers on a sunday. We also love anything with chillies in too.

Mine has to be good old roast with all the trimmings and loadsa roast veg ummm I'm drooling now.

I agree with freyaluck you can not beat a good roast, especially if the roasties are cooked in goose fat

mmmmyeh i save all my goose fat for roasties .i put them in a seperate dish to cook so i can use the fat again

in the summer,a nice crawfish salad or lobster and crab,with lots of crusty bread and cider,in the colder months.traditional roast beef and all the trimmings.with apple and berry crumble and custard mmmmmmmmmmmm...............................

I love home-made tattie salad in the summer with loads of chopped chives and mayo. Ooh and salad leaves with heaps of chopped up herbs from the garden and a drizzle of olive oil and red wine vinegar - lovely grub on a hot and sticky day - (remember hot, sunny days?, they seem like a distant memory at the mo!)
