Companion flowers plants.... throw and grow, is there such a thing, in the hope there is, anyone recommend anything for me please....

Hi Dopey113 - it would be difficult to answer your question without knowing what plants you want to protect - and it is very unlikely that throw and grow would work. By the time the 'throw and grow' plants were big enough the plant  you were trying to protect could be attacked. I have attached a link on companion growing that you might find useful.
