Working int he snow does warm you up -- I shovelled loads today  and wad down to Tshirt & jeans

This is brilliant especially if you can encourage everyone else in the household to join in. Once everyone is thoroughly warm rush indoors and turn the heating down!! You'll all feel baking hot!

Think of the reduced heating costs and the reduction in CO2 emissions.

How hot / cold we feel is all realtive as humans are lousy at judging the real temperature.

Actually Learner that is exactly how it went in our street today -- made a decision to clear the pavements around here..  ended up roasting hot and had to turn down the heatinf =g when I came in...
