The exact quantities of the vitamins and minerals with be considered proprietary information.

Tbh, poultry spice is economical enough to buy, even if you could source pharmaceutical grade vitamins and minerals to create your own ;)

The ingredients are on the packets, but I cant imagine you could source most of them, never mind cheaper.

Or do you mean how to make a tonic from the powder?
