Drying peas

Iv got one sweet pea plant and i want to plant some next year so how do i grow from the peas of this years plant ? what is the drying proses ?

Hi PP, all I do it wait until the pods on your plants go brown and dry, then keep in a paper bag.  Once they are really dry, I just take the peas out of the pods and keep them in a dark cool place in a brown paper bag until next year.  I think you can also let them self seed, but I usually keep mine until the following year
