ive got some dahlia seeds which i am trying to grow for the 1st time . could i grow them in growbags under the table in the greenhouse?

A growbag on its edge might cope with the large root structure but some dahlias can grow 3ft tall - maybe more.   I'd reckon they'd do much better outside (after frost danger has passed)

I would sow them in multi purp, or sowing compost first, grow bags can be a bit strong for young roots and burn them.

...but get the seeds started indoors now! They need lots of time to come to flower and frost would get them first if you direct seed outdoors.

thanks for advice ,il get the seeds going in greenhouse now then see about transplanting them outside after risk of frost has passed
