teachers can be really odd about stuff you do at home. i remember last year, my BIL got stopped when he picked my nephew up. "im worried about your son,he's been telling far fetched stories about his mum flying around new york in a helicopter" BIL politely informed teacher, that yes his mum was in new york, for a hen weekend, and yes they were going to fly over the city in a helicopter. poor little ones cant win.

but at 4 yrs old, there's nothing wrong with beliveing in the easter bunny, santa and the tooth fairy.

i still believe in santa

I was just going to make a display for her on the table but at the last minute thought it would be more fun to pop them in the coop!!!

Of course they are real.
My nephew gets a letter from Santa every year. It has a Santa stamp on it and comes through the post and everything.    The first year my sister couldn't understand where it had come from - took her a while to cotton on. I like to keep the magic going as long as possible as they grow up too quick. He will be 7 this year so I don't know if he will still believe.  :(

The four year old boy from down the road looked after our hens in the garden for us whilst we were away for a weekend - well his mum did and he helped. We sent him a letter from the hens with instructions first and when we got back he brught him a funky egg cup with one of those kinder eggs in. Now he wants to know why his own chickens don't lay chocloate eggs like ours but his mum has told him ours are special chickens!
