Little strimmer that thought it could.
« on: May 25, 2009, 22:49 »
just thought i would share.
as the plot was covered in 3ft tall grass and thistles almost as tall, I was gona hire /borrow a strimmer from the site.
went up on sat aft and no-one around, hire shop shut, what to do?

the other pea says " i want to get on with somat", so we end up in B&Q,
looked at the big names with the big prices
picked up a 25cc 2 stroke strimmer in a white box, B&Q special and its a corker.
only thing thats slowed it down so far is bramble and big thistle stems, but as its a strimmer and not a brush cutter what do you want?

for £60 I can't knock it
dont permissum dandelions frendo vos down.

If it cant be pulled by hand,
1; its not ready
2; use a landrover...

I've just told Himself that I want one of these for the allotment..no surprises he was about to say something that had no in it..until I reminded him how much he's just been spending out on Scuba gear, scuba trips and canoeing gear/ lessons >:(...

I'm going to get one later... ;)

Anyways, we went and got one, but not the one you bought as they didn't have any left.

£63.30 reduced from £99.00...

happy days... :D
