mccullough petrol strimmer
« on: June 09, 2013, 20:08 »
Someone at the lotty is advertising a petrol strimmer, make McCullough (can't remember the model number - could it be something like JT 24 or 27?) for £50 ONO.

I don't have a lot of use for a petrol strimmer personally, but it could be of use in clearing plots I'm waiting to let, so that the grass doesn't get taller than me   Hence a little reluctant to spend a lot of money.

Any thoughts on this brand or things to be aware of?  If it's not a decent deal then I'm not going to go for it at all costs.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

I have had one for years and it has been really good and reliable.

Even with old petrol where my cultivator and genny wont fire up, my strimmer would. If this blew up then I would buy another without question.

see if you can knock them down on price.
