Hello gardeners,well what a start to the year , :(
got a call today -hi have you moved from your allotment,(me) :ohmy: no why ,oh i thought you'd moved the polytunnel, cos i cant see it, what! ohhhhhh manure  
so i goes up earlier on, yep its gone :mad: lol flattened ,smashed  to pieces kaput finito dead >:(
lololol,me shed roof as well, gone ! over there on the pavement mate , that wind the other night ,constant battle againstthe forces of nature  ,the two legged slugs  nicking your veg :mad: and breaking sheds.and the slugs  on yer veg
so thats me work cut out,new ploytunnel a.s.a.p.
ill put pics on soon before and after,ahhhh well its all fun  :D (is it ) lol.

Yes, I lost one the same way. The new ones are far more securely anchored! Hope you get it sorted. :)

I lost mine also this week   :( - thinking of using the frame and what I can of the cover to rig up some kind of coldframe instead.

hi guys,i been looking on ebay i can get a 6x3x2 for £94 i might be able to save a bit of plastic for a coldframe  :unsure:definately cant use the poles looks like they been snapped into loadsa bits :wacko:its looking up (hurry up  goodweather) :D

 Hi if you are going to get another polytunnel off ebay ,try and go for a one with 25mm poles.
 
 I've got  2m x 4.5m polytunnel off ebay ,the wind has given it a right battering.

 Luckily I reinforced the joints ,put extra stakes by each upright and camping pegs at the
 bottom bars ,to prevent it being blown away.

 This will be the the last year for it , as I know it would not last another stormy winter ,as
 there are several rips .

Our site is very open and incredibly windy as a result.

TThe only reason our mini tunnel has survived is because it is sheltered against the prevailing winds by next door's shed.

Other folks' are ripped and battered  :( :( :(

anybody know or seen a 2m x 2m polytunnel? I can only find 1.5 x 2m or 2.5 x 2m
