feeling pleased with my day

moved lots of veg to the extra freezer and found 2 bags of what looks like chopped windy chokes and 1 carrot from last year.

This season
Also 4 bags of purp fr beans
5 bags of pan squash
4 bags of toms
broccolli
br breans
fat babies
so loads more instant veg ready for soup curries ect also unloaded car dehydrated a load of apples and hoovered and tidied the front room  :D :wacko:

mincemeat and puddings made yesterday, and stewed apple for freezing.   Crimble cake today, its in the oven and smells lovely.  I tried not to lick the spoons as its a restricted day for me today!   :)

How well do fat babies freeze MC? Do you blanch them at all, freeze them whole or chop and freeze? I have way more to deal with than we can eat, and people are starting to hide from me...

What recipes do you use Grannie?  I do the delia cake and have just got all the ingredients ready. Not yet decided on pud recipe yet though as not made one before.

just slice and freeze i don't blanch any think great to add to soups ect in the winter
