Crippled chick - can it survive?

I hAave just hatched 26 of my Rhode Island Reds but one isnt walking proplerly . I have seen a lot worse before and would dispatch them as its not fair to see them suffer.
This one although walking funny dosent seem to bad. I just wondered if there is anyone who thinks i can either make him walk better some way or if its ok to let the chick grow ?

Depending on where the problem is....knee/ankle joint could be taped together but for thigh joints probably best for the little one to go.

I agree with agapanthus. Spraddle leg is common and easily treated with sticky plaster 'handcuffs' but anything more serious than that and it would be kinder to dispatch.

If the chicks have only just hatched, it wont be spraddle leg.
