does anyone know if it's ok to let my guinea pigs run about in with the chickens who have an enormous run?

Our local chicken breeder lets their guinea pigs run free with the chickens and they don't seem to cause problems  :)

My initial thought was that the chickens would chase the guinea pigs.  :(

But it seems from the other responses that this isn't the case...  :)

I guess it really depends on how much space they all have.

Hi

As long as the chickens do not attack the piggies, they may be ok.

Be careful of eye injuries, if injured check the antibiotics the vet prescribes. G pigs are alergic to almost all antibiotics & too many of mine died as a result, when I was a kid, having been given antibiotics.  >:(

People say they can't live with rabbits, (rabbit may kick & break G pigs ribs), but all mine lived together fine, the G pigs being the boss & the rabbit the couch !

G Pigs & geese are a big NO, NO ! I have witnessed the results of that match, not nice. :(
