It`s hard to enjoy a sandwich with chickens on your knees !

My 94 year old Grandad once fell asleep on the bench in the orchard whilst sitting in the sun one day.
He was woken up by a hen pecking his dangling finger thinking it was a worm to find himself surrounded by chickens.
He didn't find it funny, where as I was laughing about it for days!   

Hope Jethro is as funny as my little prize fighter Mary.  He may be a Serama and one of the smallest breeds of bantam, but Alphie thinks he's king of the world 

The bench usage is getting silly now - caught the Odd Couple perched on it yesterday    OH had gone for a seat outside and they decided to keep him company and hopped up next to him for a preening session
