some chance ;) if it freezes it has too much water in it for my liking :D

P.P.S. We keep the vodka and gin permanently in the freezer.  It goes a bit syrupy but never freezes.  Stays perfectly chilled for refreshing summer cocktails.

Never tried this with gin, but it has a positive effect on the taste of vodka. :)

I've tried in ice cube trays.  It's ok for a few weeks.   Nice to put an odd cube or two in a pasta sauce or stew :tongue2:

all i know is when i did rum and raisin ice cream it kept lovely and soft without too much elbow grease
