I would have liked to have seen that! I know enough about hydroponics to know I would fail at it as the feeds and water timings are critical. However, I would have enjoyed understanding the practical theory if it. What a skilled guy he must be!

Better still I would use Correx twin wall floor protection sheet, I use it on my cold frames and it is cheap as well
you will be able to cut this easily with a stanly knife and form your own gutter shape, it comes in 8 x 4 sheets and only about £2 a sheet plus there is a choice of colours.

I like the look of this stuff. It's light, seems sturdy enough and although I can only find it at about £4/5 a sheet delivered,it's still reasonably cheap. I'll get 3 X 16" strips at 8 feet long, giving me 24 feet of guttering for my strawberries.

Amazingly I missed Marks reply - I'm so sorry - I don't know how that happened. Thanks to Sonny for quoting Mark. I will double check all my threads in future.

I'm off to look at the supplier Mark has suggested and I will look at the Correx right now!

Thanks to Mark and Sonny again.

Just seen the Correx - what an amazing product. I'm going to see if I can get a sample. I think this has solved my problem! Thanks Mark and Sonny.
