First peas and beans in end of month, incl runners; am doing Painted Lady this year to get some seed and grow on for organic seed as seems to be none in shops/catalogues
Spinach planted last month coming on well
ditto lettuces - oakleaf varieties
Prepping all remainng veg beds in between torrential rain !!!
leeks still coming
30th did 501 spray for broccoli

carrot bed finished, plant up on root day
sow more toms as first lot turned their toes up, don't know why!
sow swedes, turnips in pots - better late than never!
6th May do 500 stirring - root day
7th May sow 2nd peas, BB, more spinach - root day
