Hi everyone, i bought my first 4 hens on Saturday & they are wonderful.
I then came across this site Sunday evening and it answered all the questions i had about my chooks, so just wanted to say thank you to all of you who make it such a great site

I have looked through the breeders section also as i'm looking to get a Silkie or Bearded Silkie & a Polish Bantam to complete my little chook family but i've had no luck so far. If anyone knows of any available please could you let me know?? Apologies if i'm not allowed to ask that, i couldn't see anything saying i couldn't.

Hi there - I'm picking up my new hens tomorrow. I've spent the last few weeks getting as much info from this site as possible and getting everything I think I need. I'm sure everything will go to plan...not! Can't wait to share my experiences with you all

Which breeds are you getting?? I have an Orpington, Light Sussex,Speckledy & Welsummer.

At the moment it's going to be a Columbian Black Tail, a Bluebell, a White Star and a Speckledy. But that could change. I'll let you know
