 ???i,m waiting for delivery of red goosegog bush any day. would you advise planting straight outside in position. with frost possible. or in polytunnel till spring. cheers wrinkly1

If it is neither waterlogged nor frozen it can go in the ground, but do keep an eye on the forecast if these conditions are forecast in the next few days.

It's been so mild that it's easy to be lulled into a false sense of security. To be really sure, I would pot it up and add just enough water to bed it in. Wrap some bubble wrap or similar around the pot, then put in your polytunnel.

If it were me i'd put it in the ground in position, you can always put fleece over
if you really need to, but only you knows your ground and how the weather is
in your area.
