Why has a friends emails started to do this.  I keep missing them now, because I forget to check spam as I have never had any before.     He says that mine are going to his spam as well.      Could it be that he has changed his phone/computer.  I haven't changed anything. so I wonder if you have any ideas. ?    regards,  Mrs Bouquet

A the systems get more 'efficient' at weeding out spam this is happening a lot more.
Have you got the option to mark his latest message as 'not spam' sometimes this does the trick, but not always 
If not, you need to put your friend's name and contact details into your friends/contact list (or correct his details if he is already there) - then your system will not place his mail to you into spam.
