Hi there,

I can recomend this book, and with it being by the RHS, you can be sure that it is one of the best....

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Horticultural-Show-Handbook-2008-Schedulemakers/dp/1902896831/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1349024188&sr=8-1 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Horticultural-Show-Handbook-2008-Schedulemakers/dp/1902896831/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1349024188&sr=8-1)

However, if your looking at getting into showing, the NVS also have a beginers guide to getting started on the show bench, this really is very useful and talks you through each vegetable step by step. This magazine really helped me out when i first started up.

Hope this helped,

I would suggest joining the National Vegetable Society (£17 p/a) is a necessity if you want to grow better show veg. They have an online forum open to members only where you can pick the brains of some of the country's best showmen.
