they're not joking when they say to do it in one go... I did half mine and today discovered whole 2x2 panes had blown out overnight and smashed, and the polycarbonate panel on one side (long story) had jumped out of the clips - luckily had stayed on the plot...

secured as best I could and will finish the job tomorrow

Hindsight is a marvelous thing.  I would have kept my eye on the synoptic chart and postponed the exersize!      Glad to hear you got off relatively lightly.    Cheers,   Tony.
