The guy a couple of plots up from us has built one about 3 weeks ago.
Looks quite good but where we are it can get very windy, so will be keeping an eye on it to see how it stands.

i like the idea but you can get a poly tunnel off Ebay for £58 delivered was wondering if it is worth the effort of building one.

Depends on the size
Get three pieces of 4x1.5 any length, some plastic irrigation pipe (min. 1.25").
Drill holes every 3' to suit pipe on each piece of timber so they all line up.
Cut pipe equally to height/length desired. Slide the timbers on. Put one in the middle the other two at the ends. Drill small holes from edge of timber through the pipe and tap in nail to stop the pipe slipping out. fix the centre timber in a similar manner. Now Fasten one end of a timber strip down using long tent pegs after drilling suitable holes. Bend the other end over forming an arch to what height you desire.fasten down the other timber the same way. Cover it with what you please and block ends with something. I use a stack of straw bales one one end and a bit of plastic on the other. You could form an end frame with plastic pipe tying the ends together with wire after drilling a couple of holes then covering it with plastic., then fit it in the end and tie it in. Just think your way around the problems. I could go on.....
