Hiya,
After reading my 1st ever issue of PP mag I thought I'd go and join their forum (as you do) even though this one is still the best there is

Anyway I couldn't...for one you have to subscribe to the mag which is fair enough I suppose but the other thing is, you have to have a fully paid up email account..Huhh!!! now me like many others use the free ones like yahoo etc, I couldn't believe it and was sure I was reading it wrong but don't think I was..how mad is that. :x

Rant over

Hi As far as I am aware you don't have to subscribe to the magazine to be a member of their forum.  I have been a member for a few years and still only buy the mag when I think it has something I want to read about in it.  I subscribed with a free email address but I guess they have changed the rules as I know they have had a few problems in the past.

Usually you get one from your isp whether you use it or not. I know there is one with Mum's (this one) but I've never used it. I used to have one before I moved, again I never used it.
I demand the right to buy seed of varieties that are not "distinct, uniform and stable".

I belong to the PP forum too but never post there now.  I found it took ages to get a reply to a chook question so gave up  :(

I've found them useful for getting 'information', and the forum is laid out quite well for reference points - but for chat, friendship, entertainment and all round support there's another forum that I find far superior ...
Nobody said this was going to be easy ... but some days are better than others!

i go on PP forum too.  Find it good for the more serious problems with chooks but still prefer here for more light hearted banter  :D
