Help please. I have just noticed some brown marks on a couple of early potato plants (see attached photographs). It's been fairly cold over here in Belgium but I don't think there has been any frost.
I am sorry the photos are not clearer. And there is some qoil on the plants as I was heaping them up with earth yesterday.
Any ideas please?
