Yup, gotta get out and get some sevilles today...some people I know BUY marmalade
, so I take pity and gift them some when they visit (and it does seem to be appreciated, not dreaded
) I think orange & hibiscus, orange & star anise, and orange & apricot this time around...hmmm, must get crumpets, too.
Oh, another good use for thin marmalade: put some coctail sauasges, chipolatas or (my fav) some chicken wings in the oven and roast at 200C until lightly golden, then mix together 2TBS marmalade ,2tsp harissa and a bit of cinnamon & cumin, and cover the sauagaes/wings and roast until cooked through.
