almond flourdd

Does anyone know where I can buy almond flour or is this just the same as ground almonds. My eldest lad just been diagnosed type 1 diabetes and we,'re trying to find alternatives to flour but this appears to be non existent although plenty of receipes for its use. Thanks

Thanks,I never thought of Amazon. I knew it would be expensive but right now I just want to be able to make him the occasional healthy treat. I'll be trying coconut flour also and that does be more available and cheaper.

What about goodness direct or holland and barret. I have an order co ing from goodness direct today and I've been happy they have stuff we cant get locally. Rice flour is also a challenge to find sometimes, seems to be one they stock occassionally.
