FYI Excalibur Dehydrators

Hi All,

Just a quick FYI. Nisbets, a commercial catering supply company, are now selling Excalibur Dehydrators starting at £130  for the 4 tray. I think from memory these are hard to get hold of in the UK so thought some of you dehydrating fanatics might like to know

No affiliation to the company but have bought a few bits from them and been very pleased with the service.
