Title: Programme on giant himalayan bees

Hi i have been told about a programme about Giant Himalayan Honey Bees by a person at work that i think aired last week i would to try and find this programme online as it sounded really interesting. The trouble is they cant remember exactly what day or what channel it was on! Can anyone help? did you see it? thanks massa

I watched something about great big bees on Jimmy Doherty's programme last week where he was in Nepal gathering wild honey with the locals

It was a fantastically interesting programme. The lengths those guys go to for this honey are staggering. The honey is worth it apparently  :)

maybe that was the prog you're looking for  :)

this may have been it, were they hanging from cliffs on rope ladders with big sticks? do you know what day/channel it was on? thanks massa

it was only available on i player for 7 days after airing on the bbc so is no longer available (it was shown on the 30th March - so just missed it).

Sometimes they repeat programmes like those on BBC4 so it may be worth keeping an eye open  ;)
