Title: First batch of wine/beers

 :) Having done my first batch of wines and beer I thought I would share with you the SG results as I got a hydrometer today, new to this sg lark, for the brews and you can tell me if they need adjusting.
1) tin strawberry 2 1/4lb sugar sg 1.075 fermenting well (like the clappers)
2) carton apple 1 1/2lb sugar sg 1.075 fermenting slow
3) blackberry (high juice) and 2 x blueberry carton 500g sugar sg 1.015 fermenting slow
4) dried elderberry soaking in bucket 1.25 kg sugar sg 1.135 fermenting slow
5) coopers real ale kit 1kg sugar 1.035
