Title: runner bean and sprouts recipe
Post by: kezlou on December 26, 2008, 12:55
Right tried to make sprouts taste nice and guess what it worked.

12 sprouts peeled and washed, then chopped up into meduim sized bits.
8 runner beans chopped
Fry in olive oil and 4 cloves of drushed garlic inc chaff
salt. pepper.

When soft put in about 4tbsp of honey and stir the sprouts and runner together and leave to simmer on a very low heat for about ten mins. THe honey and oil create a kind of steam to cook the veg and soak up the honey at the same time.

Then serve.

We all hate sprouts and the kids even ate them up and asked for more    :D
