Further to my dismantling thread when I got lots of useful advice taking the greenhouse apart, this time tomorrow I will have all the parts back at home, hopefully making sense of my many photo's and drawings, complete with unique labelling system.

I'm feeling pretty confident to be honest, at least in regards to the framework.  What I am puzzled about is putting the glass back in.  I have all the W clips and S clips - the S clips are easy enough, but how do I put the glass in with the W clips - do I fix them to the glass then fit the glass in the frame, fix the clips to the frame then fit the glass, or what?

I await your expert help  :D

put one piece of glass in at a time, glass in (starting from the bottom) and before putting in the next bit, fit the w clips.
I always wear a pair of goggles because small shards of glass can be broken off when you fit the clips. A pair of gloves are a good idear as well.  ;)

Put the glass in it's position. Then the middle of the clip goes behind the glass and the two ends of the clip go in the frame.
Cheese makes everything better.

Another note would be to get a bucket of soapy water and some wire wool ,cloths and wash each piece of glass before fitting much easier now than once its in
If the early bird gets the worm how come the 2nd mouse to the trap gets the cheese ??

Thanks again, good tips as ever.

It's now safely transported home, no breakages, in need of a good clean before I reassemble it, but I managed to keep the 4 sides pretty much whole, so I reckon I can get the frame up within an hour, then to tackle the glass.
