Hi - as a complete allotment newbie BUT and old stager on the garden side I want to buy a rotavator, any hints tips please

They're big ones with spurs on their legs. They just run up and down a bit and it's all tilth.

You talking chickens or rotovators (too subtle for me).

But good idea to have a go on other ones - I wouldn't want to borrow one in case I damage it so having a go will be a compromise.  I shall ask Rambo.  He's the man with the serious hardware on our site.

thanks for the advice - am looking intently and despite being completely bonkers have made a start on the site, the mounds of couch I got out so far is prodigious!! cripes   what have I let myself in for....
