I have checked on the Dept of Ag web in Ireland and it looks like both the above are still approved for use here as a treatment for blight on potatoes for non commercial horticulture (the large GC's are still selling them as well so I think I am ok to use them) but I was just wondering if anyone has any preferences.  Also should I just stick with the one or should I change as the season progresses.  I am just anxious to avoid blight this year as the two plots beside me have been entirely set in potatoes and a lot of the farms around us have fields set with them as well and I don't want to either get it off any of them or worse still give it to any of them

IF they are noth available in Ireland then I would go for Dathane, personally.
