Goslings plucking each other please help!!!

Hi can anyone help, my goslings are under a week old and are plucking each other, one's worse than the others and has no feathers left on it back and is sore ive seperated that plucked one and a non plucking friend from the other two and put them seperately but they call desperately for each other! Ive hatched goslings before and they've never done this! Can anyone help??

I have hatches of quail that peck each other bald and other hatches that dont touch each other.....

Its weird coz they all get treated the same.... same heat, same feed, same lights, same cage....... the list goes on.....

Some have to be sold oven ready while others go looking fantastic
