hi o.p.c (operator presence control) (dead mans handles )are fitted to machines for SAFTEY  reasons i have seen 3 people today with the o.p.c.s fastened down 2 with string one bolted down they all took offence when i asked them if they knew how close their fingers where to the blades  sorry if this offends  any one on allotment .org      jezza

Is this in a work related environment? If so health & safety need to be informed I would imagine. Fine if they want to endanger themselves, but what about the poor people who will have to pick up the pieces    Literally

Beggars belief ......SIL works in a hospital and sees no end of people with serious injuries which could be prevented and the distraut family who have to deal with the aftermath of their stupidity
