Oh yes, this is a senior blond moment. I need to buy some synthetic something or other for my rotovater. I can.t remember what it is and don't know where to get it either!! :oops:  :oops:

its synthetic socks to keep the tines warm you can buy them at all good gardening shops and while your there you could pick up some oil :wink:

well if woolens are good enough for the chooks on here then my roger the rotovator will have his socks :shock:  :wink:

Yup that's the one. I may route out a pair of socks though just in case!!!! :lol:  Right now we've established it's synthetic oil where can I buy it? Pretty please :lol:  :lol:

are you sure it's gotta be synthetic? thats quite expensive stuff, normally bought from a motor factors. Most engines on horticultural machines only use a normal, or a semi synthetic oil. :D

You'll get it in B&Q. It'll be near the unwatered and frost bitten plants. :D

apparently the semi synthetic would cause it to choke? I have to mix this 1 part to 5parts something else!! Now I can't remember what I have to mix it with!!!!
