Sasprilla drink
« on: August 19, 2008, 10:01 »
Has anyone ever tried making their own?

My local shop used to stock it, but since my OH was the only person to buy it they aren't stocking it any more, so I was wondering if I could  make it myself.

Thanks
Tess

I lurved sas when I was a kid - we lived in Germany when I was growing up 'cos my dad was in the army and whenever we came back 'home' we went to Laws Herbalists in Gateshead and bought liquorish sticks and had a sas!

Heavenly  :thumleft:

Unfortunately I don't go into Gateshead any more and I think they closed down a few years ago

My nanna used to make a mean Ginger Wine too - completely alcohol free but puts hairs on your chest!
