Sometime soon I'll have to stop making chutney

It was apple today - smells lovely. I've had to rearrange my cupboards to store it all.
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

Maybe you need to change your signature - selfsufficient in chutney too
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Why stop? Chutney's great!
Be like a duck. Calm on the surface but always paddling like the dickens underneath.

But, like jam, you can only eat so much of it :)
Nobody wants any more jam or chutney at the mo  :( ao have bunged all the fruit and veg in the freezer. My time will come...they will run out....sooner or later

Birmingham  :(

We were lucky enough to have a jar  of your Marmalade from Caralou after Ferry meadows meet up. It was yummy.  ;)

maybe I should give it a go at making my own?
Whats a good recipe to start with? What exactly would I need in terms of equipment?
Lol.
