It's very risky as they could freeze, unless it's heated enough to be frost free.

At last! My spuds have arrived today.  Not done them before. so looking forward to  chitting asap.

We went for a starter pack from T and M with six varieties to have a go at...  feels a bit daunting, but looking forward to our new vegetable  adventure.....starring Christl, Pentland Javelin and a host of other stars!

Hi All,

Slight Chitting anxiety here.  i have mine in my garage, it has a north facing window, they are therefore Getting some light but in no way full light.

So in essence I am asking what is the optimum light that they need.  Will they be ok in the garage, it is light enough in the day that you can see what you are doing.  I do have south facing room but will involve a war of attrition with the wife.

Sounds perfect Braders.... they need light, but not too much light.
Mine are sitting on top of the kitchen cupboards where its fairly dim but still some light, and have LOVELY strong chits!
