Same offers on Kingston Council website - perhaps there's a national deal?

I think if you check it is a national offer just done through different councils.

yes... water company doing a buy 1 get 1 half price free delivery, limited to 3. Getting some delivered to neighbours as already installed 2 and need 2 more.
