We had the first few a little earlier, Mollycat is now too scared to go outside for her evening walk around the garden :(

TBH, I'm now of the view that they should only be sold to people with a permit or licence to ue them at an organised function. There are too many injuries and misuse of them nowadays.

We've just had the first ones this evening.  Our main event is a week on Saturday and is staged off Sandown Pier with a procession (like a Carnival Parade) first.  Usually a good night but a nightmare to find somewhere to park.   Our dogs never had a problem and I fell for those that do. I agree that they should now only be sold to 'organised' events and not to the general p ublic although my Dad and our neighbour did some spectacular displays.

I'm torn.  ::) Father Lard's birthday was 5/11 and we used in enjoy celebrating it with a bang.  :(

But it used to be limited to from the weekend before the 5th until the weekend after. I know this nonsense will now go on throughout the silly season, October for Halloween through to Valentine's day in February.  To some degree Im lucky with Max he isn't so much afraid of the bang as waiting to protect the house from them, there's much barking and stomping, I do feel for people with nervous pets.
