Pumpkins

This is my first year growing pumpkins (really only for me and my GrandDaughter to have a pumpkin head competition at Hallow'een...she's only 14 months so I think I'll win)....but do I need to construct a frame for them to grow up, or are they OK scrambling along the ground ?

scrambling over the ground is fine and their large leaves will keep the bigger weeds at bay hopefully  :D

Don't forget to make soup with your pumpkin flesh. It's lovely and very good for your little un  :D

lying them on the ground is fine I think that's the natural way for them to grow

also if you want you can roast the seeds and season them with spices just look it up on the internet  :D
