Bee's
« on: April 21, 2013, 18:52 »
Hi guys,

It's great to see that spring has finally arrived, i was up my plot today and whilst in the greenhouse potting up some seeds i kept hearing a bee buzzing around, when i watched it it kept going in between the slats of my full compost bin.  The bee kept going in half way down the bin, I was wondering why it would go in there?  is there any danger of a nest being built? as i has two small children and wouldn't want any harm coming to them.
if this could be a problem and it is a start of a hive has anyone got any good ideas about removing it?

thanks dan
Dear God, Please can you stop the wind and rain and bring on the nice weather. Amen

Sound's like  they are nesting. Shame to move them on, we need all the bee's we can get at the moment. Try googling your local bee keeper, he might help.

Local council should direct you to the nearest bee keeper.
