just figured as i've just mentioned one of these in another post that it should get a  mention here too . . . . .  

had a bit of a job uploading some video footage to photobucket and youtube till i reaized (doh!) that they were too big and needed splitting  . . . .

found a nice little splitter that does most video formats and its dead simple to use, just point it to where your video is and where you want it to go and how many pieces you want to split it into.

once you've downloaded it off the website and installed it, open the program up and click on register, if you keep the websites page open you can then copy and paste the username, enter your email address, and then copy and paste the 'key code' where it asks them to go, and thats it, yours to keep and use for free !

also quite handy for forums and blogs etc if you need to resize some pictures, is this photo resizer. again absolutely free to keep and use as often as you want, as simple as the above program, just point it to where your photos are, where you want them to go ( called the input/output folders) choose the size you want them to end up and let it do the work
